Key Responsibilities:
- Will manage the Siemens EDA Emulation and prototyping AEs in the Central and Eastern regions
- Will work closely with the sales team to identify new customers and present our solutions to them
- Will work closely with the Sales Team to create Strategy and Tactics for each engagement
- Will assign AEs to work on evaluations and then deploy the HAV products
- Will assign AEs to support our current customers with training and resolution of issues
- Will need to be able to work with Marketing and R&D to enhance our products to meet customers’ requirements and needs
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 20+ years of EDA experience with Emulation and Prototyping
- Current AE Manager with 15+ years of experience
- Must have deep knowledge of Emulation, Emulation offload and Prototyping
- Need to have deep knowledge with DFT and Power verification of SOCs
- Need to have deep knowledge of SW validation challenges
- Must be willing to travel 50% of the time to visit customers
- Experience with System Verilog, SVA, SW IDE tools, Assertions, Coverage

The total cash compensation range for this position is $195,400 to $390,800 with 25% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
