Key Responsibilities:

Will manage the Siemens EDA Emulation and prototyping AEs in the Central and Eastern regions
Will work closely with the sales team to identify new customers and present our solutions to them
Will work closely with the Sales Team to create Strategy and Tactics for each engagement
Will assign AEs to work on evaluations and then deploy the HAV products
Will assign AEs to support our current customers with training and resolution of issues
Will need to be able to work with Marketing and R&D to enhance our products to meet customers’ requirements and needs

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
20+ years of EDA experience with Emulation and Prototyping
Current AE Manager with 15+ years of experience
Must have deep knowledge of Emulation, Emulation offload and Prototyping
Need to have deep knowledge with DFT and Power verification of SOCs
Need to have deep knowledge of SW validation challenges
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time to visit customers
Experience with System Verilog, SVA, SW IDE tools, Assertions, Coverage

The total cash compensation range for this position is $195,400 to $390,800 with 25% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
