Recent graduates enrolled in this program will be partnered with a mentor and receive one on one coaching and guidance in support of their development and to help navigate their early career. What will you do?

Support the Business Development teams across Canada to drive business unit specific initiatives, close out key push projects.
Generate new business by driving strategies to secure target clients while using all available sales resources to produce optimal results.
Understanding the scope of the customer requirements and propose the solution which provides business benefits to customer with respect to efficiency, productivity & reliability improvements.
Assist quotation team to explain customer’s requirements, additional scope of supply to create the specification documents, proposals, quotations of Factory Automation & Motion Control
Understand the value-added services that are vital for establishing partnerships with our clients to better understand their needs while providing them with a technical advisory solution.
Conduct market analysis to assist the team developing high results measures.
Work actively with marketing teams to develop and drive content of platforms.
Regularly maintain the customer opportunities into customer relationship management system tool.

What will you need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering
Application knowledge on PLC’s, VFD’s, Software and other automation & drives solutions.
Good understanding of industrial systems along with their applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage time and resources as well as work within a team environment is essential for success in this role
