We will be glad to have you in our team as a Cash & Credit Professional, reporting directly to Cash & Credit Manager, contributing to maintain strong business relationship with customers and collecting outstanding payment.

Your role:

You will be responsible for collection activities in the country collection team, ensuring the achievement of the dedicated KPIs
You will be responsible for reviewing your specific customer portfolio
You will conduct customer visits to build strong relationships, ensure effective communication, and accelerate payment collections
You have to provide accurate forecast of collection volume for your assigned customers by monthly/quarterly basis and put in place mitigation strategy in order to ensure target achievement
You have to drive actively reduction of customer overdue, DSO and ToP for your specific customer portfolio
You have to contribute to the evolution of the department’s efficiency through digitalization & innovation activities

Your expertise/ skills:

3+ years of experience in a credit collection function. It will be an advantage if you are experienced in the Healthcare sector.
Proven outcome to be great collector
BSc in Finance
Influencing and negotiation skills
Fluency in English & Greek language written and spoken
Ability to work in a matrix organization, interacting with a variety of leadership and operational teams, both from business and countries
