The Digital Industries Software IT team is searching for an IT Business Partner, Global Sales & Customer Success (GS&CS) to join our Transformation Team. We are transforming alongside our business partners to drive collaboration, transparency, prioritization, and most importantly faster delivery of value. The team is crafting a lean portfolio for tomorrow, iterating fast over new ideas and being in close touch with our stakeholders to integrate their feedback into the solutions we deliver.
The IT Business Partner, Global Sales & Customer Success (GS&CS) acts as a strategic interface between IT and the GSCS business unit to drive technology-enabled business solutions. This role focuses on aligning IT capabilities with business goals, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the effective use of IT services to support operational efficiency and growth.
The IT Business Partner, Global Sales & Customer Success (GS&CS) will report to the Head of Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between DI IT SW and the GS&CS business unit, understanding their strategic goals and business needs, and translating them into IT solutions, developing a strategic roadmap.
- Partner with business leaders to define IT strategies that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned to IT strategy.
- Ensure clear accountability of ownership across teams, leading to timely delivery and implementation of technology initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation within the organization.
- Drive innovation through deep business knowledge and by exploring emerging technologies that can enhance business performance.
- Advocate for business requirements while balancing IT capabilities, constraints, and resources.
- Oversee IT financials within area of accountability, including budgeting for planned needs, cost management, and assessing ROI for technology investments.
- Develop business cases and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on project benefits, costs, and resource allocation.
- Manage the IT portfolio and technology roadmap for GS&CS, ensuring alignment with business priorities and proper tracking of solution delivery.
- Ensure technology adoption to drive business outcomes and value creation.
- Sponsoring complex projects, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment between business units, project management teams, and IT.
- Facilitate communication and change management efforts related to IT initiatives.
- Monitor IT service delivery and address any gaps to improve user satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strategic thinking, leadership and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of IT frameworks, business processes, and digital transformation.
- Experience managing IT projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications (SAP, SFDC), data analytics, and cloud solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at various levels.
- Knowledge of Agile Methods (e.g. SAFe)
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of IT and/or business experience, including IT Business Partnering, IT Management, or a related role.
- PMP, Agile, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

The salary range for this position is $177,000 to $318,600 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
