The Project Strategy Manager will have a sales and/or customer facing role with experience in dealing with manufacturing locations. Any background in large project management, large scale engineered to order manufacturing, or installer facing roles with electrical equipment would be relevant. Preferred candidates will have a knowledge of dashboarding/data management- specifically skills in Tableau, advanced Excel, and Snowflake. Equivalent experience in Python or other platforms is also acceptable. Degrees in data analytics or data science are also acceptable.
You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
- The Project Strategy Manager position will be responsible for high level financial forecast creation (based on scheduled & potential production) and using that information to make capacity & loading recommendations for assigned product lines.
- This position will review incoming opportunities and assess the capacity, loading, booking, revenue, margin, cash, & productivity impacts.
- The goal will be to obtain an optimum balance between financial & capacity needs and operational productivity.
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to navigate discussions with stakeholders that may have competing interests.
- The ability to respond to sudden changes & work thru conflicts is important to be successful.
- They will own the capacity reporting tool and loading strategy for apparatus product lines.
- This candidate will be an immediate member of the SI EP apparatus business unit team.
- They will work closely with EP Operations across the switchboard manufacturing plants.
- They will also work closely with finance
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field or 4-6 years of equivalent experience in the electrical industry.
- 2 plus years of experience in managing electrical projects.
- Experience with creating dashboard via Knime and Tableau
- Demonstrates and applies knowledge of the electrical distribution market (low voltage apparatus).
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of associated with low voltage apparatus projects business.
- 6 plus years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.
- Advanced degree may be substituted for experience, where applicable.
- Advanced knowledge of Siemens EM LP COMPAS tool.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Scheduling.
- Knowledge of SAP.

- The pay range for this position is $54,180 - $92,880. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
