- Project Manage the procurement process for our prospects to allow for urgency and predictability.
- Update job knowledge by participating through professional development opportunities.
- 3+ years of Sales, Account Executive, or other relevant experience
- Desire to continually grow and improve
- Strong Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Software – Ability to use CRM (Salesforce.com), Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Company Information Database/Wiki, team chat, & online video conferencing tools
- Bachelor’s degree
- SLED Expertise: A strong understanding of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market, including its unique needs and decision-making processes.
- CMMS Knowledge: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and its application in streamlining asset management and maintenance operations.
- Outbound Prospecting Skills: A proven ability to generate leads, engage prospects through cold outreach, and build a high-performing sales pipeline.
- Coachability: A growth-oriented attitude, openness to feedback, and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
