We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager within the Strategy and Business Development team of Digital Industries Business.  This role offers a unique opportunity to lead highly visible, transformational projects that are central to Siemens One Tech Company strategy. The Strategic Program Manager is directly responsible for driving the execution of strategic work packages designed to revolutionize our Digital Industries business in the US market. The position reports to the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Digital Industries in the US and will report results and progress at the highest levels of our organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, processes, and quality standards across a global, matrixed environment. 

Location: This position is remote, preferably based in the greater Alpharetta, GA, or Livonia, MI areas due to business proximity.  

You’ll make an impact by: 
  • Leading and managing strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives and strategic goals. 
  • Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones, while ensuring efficient use of resources. 
  • Establishing clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. 
  • Working closely with stakeholders across departments to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy. 
  • Facilitating collaboration between diverse teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and technical departments, ensuring project goals are met effectively. 
  • Identifying potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies to address them. 
  • Troubleshooting issues that arise during project execution, escalating as needed to ensure project continuity and success. 
  • Tracking and reporting on project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, timelines, and resource utilization. 
  • Providing regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and any adjustments needed to stay on course. 
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future strategic projects. 
  • Leading change management efforts for strategic projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption during project implementation.
  • Communicating project changes and impacts to all relevant stakeholders effectively. 

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: 

Basic Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success managing complex strategy programs/projects  
  • Undergraduate degree from accredited university  
  • Strong strategic acumen and hands-on expertise in Project/Program Management methodologies 
  • Strong analytical, verbal and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven track record in change management and organizational transformation 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project 
  • Travel requirements: 10% 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects with measurable outcomes 
  • Strong familiarity with data-driven decision-making and business intelligence tools 
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder alignment within complex or matrixed organizational environments 
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs across a global landscape 
  • Experience in manufacturing, high-tech or software industries 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 
  • Advanced Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI) 
  • MBA

The pay range for this position is $100,450 - $206,640 and the annual incentive is 10-15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
