We are looking for: A temporary, non-exempt, full-time Talent Operations Coordinator for up to 6 months to support a critical hiring project. The Talent Operations Coordinator will assist in implementing best in class practices to drive our talent strategy, through recruiting tools, data reporting, and supporting our internal talent and hiring teams.
What will you be doing as a Senior Talent Operations Coordinator at SimSpace?
- Perform administrative duties for Talent Operations team
- Assist in reporting on global recruiting activities, challenges and strategies
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create job posts, schedule kick off meetings, and coordinate candidates through the screening process
- Follow up with interview teams to ensure feedback is captured and schedule debrief sessions
- Support with sourcing candidates by using databases and social media
- Assign tests and challenges to assess candidates skills when applicable
- Perform continuous ATS maintenance
- Promote our employer brand, programs, and job openings
- Update hiring teams on positions, follow up, and check in regularly
- Support the new hire offer process
- Administer and process background screens for new hires
- Engage global new hires through onboarding and orientation activities
What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Talent Operations Coordinator, you need to have:
- Prior experience and expert level skills in Greenhouse ATS
- 1+ year of prior experience in a Talent Coordinator role
- Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills required
- Proven ability to provide quality internal and external customer service in a high volume, fast paced environment managing multiple projects
- Persistent attention to detail
