At Smallstep you get the benefit of working with a tight-knit team across many areas and contribute directly to the success of the organization.

This is a dual role. First, youll lead our internal dogfooding efforts, ensuring that our team is using Smallstep products effectively, gathering valuable insights, and driving product improvements. • Collect and analyze feedback from internal users to drive product improvements.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product enhancements based on dogfooding insights.

    • Create and share content, such as blog posts, videos, and case studies, to showcase how Smallstep uses its own products.

    • Represent Smallstep at industry conferences and events, sharing our dogfooding journey and lessons learned.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Develop, write, and maintain test scripts for critical Smallstep product workflows.

    • Manage the execution of test scripts, ensuring thorough coverage and high standards of quality.

    • Oversee outsourced QA activities, ensuring they meet Smallstep’s standards.

    • Work closely with the development and product teams to identify and resolve bugs and usability issues.

    • Implement automated testing where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage.
