Socket is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to prospect, qualify, and close high-value clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the sales process, including initial discovery, product demonstrations, and negotiations for potential clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for client proposals and technical demonstrations
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Socket protocol
- Participate in Web3 conferences and key industry events to discover customer needs
Required Experience
- 3+ years experience in crypto project in business development or growth roles
- Experience with sales and lead generation strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization
- You are a quick learner and comfortable with ambiguity
- You have a track record of successfully selling complex solutions
