About the Role

Socure is seeking a highly-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated C-Suite level Executive Assistant to support its Chief Revenue Officer and the Revenue Leadership Team. The EA will oversee the management of the CRO’s day-to-day calendar, which includes extensive travel, and provide ad hoc support to his direct reports on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for individuals who excel as strategic partners, trusted confidants, and professional problem solvers. 


Role and Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, scheduling in-person meetings, calls, and events with precision.

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, fostering open communication and ensuring seamless collaboration.

  • Own and drive meeting agendas, including action items and follow-ups, in partnership with the Chief of Staff.

  • Coordinate team events planning and coordination for team meetings, All-Hands, offsites, SKO, QBRs, etc.

  • Track expenses and manage budget oversight.

  • Create and maintain systems and processes to ensure information and documents are organized and easily-accessible.

  • Provide support on additional special projects across Revenue, the EA Team, and Socure. 


Required Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting a C-level executive.

  • 3-5 years EA experience, ideally within the Tech industry and/or a Sales team.

  • Bachelors degree.

  • Be a high- energy, positive, detail-oriented, and dependable team player.

  • Be polished, professional and respectful, well-versed in managing relationships with different personalities.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with office software and tools, including Salesforce, Slack, Monday, Notion, and Google Workspace.

  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information.

  • Thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and be flexible at a moment’s notice.

  • Be willing to partner with other administrative colleagues across the organization and provide limited backup support.

  • Provide minimal personal assistance on an as needed basis.

  • Understand that things may come up outside of normal working hours.

Salary Disclosure:

Base salary range: $85,000-100,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socures compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity,  comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
