Sony Global HR Platform has a great opportunity to join our dynamic HRIS team as a GHRPF Consultant, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The GHRPF Consultant will deliver HRIS essential support, maintenance, and expertise to enable and improve the Global HR Operations. This role will report to the Global HR Services Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
For any of the HRIS systems (i.e. Workday, SnapLogic, BluePrism RPA, …):
- Deliver essential HRIS support to our Global HR Operations, and manage system related incidents. Contribute to develop and maintain the knowledge database (symptoms and solutions) to ensure efficient query resolution and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Mass upload data changes, as required.
- Configure system, build, and create reports and dashboards, create and maintain integrations with other systems, and manage access.
- Act as a consultant providing innovative solutions to the business requirements. Provide advice, support, and maintain system related business processes. Design, implement and test system changes.
- Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and releases of HRIS system.
- Coordinate with our HRIS vendors to troubleshoot system technical issues, as needed.
- Propose system and process enhancements to improve HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS, or equivalent.
- One to two years minimum experience with Workday, preferably in a corporate and multi-cultural and global environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, able to respond to and prioritize numerous technology requests.
- High quality standards and commitment to continuous improvement. Strong teamwork, presentation, and organization skills.
- Outstanding and effective written and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- Experience in other HCM systems, SnapLogic, and BluePrism RPA is valued. Coding skills are also helpful and valued.
- Previous experience working in HR or an HRIS Service Centre or other customer-oriented environment is beneficial.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Experience in SAFe and Agile methodology is a strong plus.

Lugar de Trabajo: Hibrido. Días presenciales en Vicente López, Buenos Aires.
