We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our AI Voice Team!

As a Senior Software Developer on the AI Voice Team, you will be instrumental in building advanced conversational AI solutions that redefine customer interactions. Through innovation and collaboration, you will enhance customer satisfaction by crafting intuitive and accessible conversational experiences, empowering riders to book services seamlessly and engage meaningfully without the need for long wait times.

Successful candidates will be located in Vancouver, BC. The AI Voice team is a hybrid team, meaning that you will be expected to work in the office 3 days a week at our HQ located in Downtown Vancouver near the Waterfront Station.

  • Take ownership of improving our software architecture and technology, as well as refine team processes to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with and mentor engineers of all levels.
  • Review code authored by teammates, enhancing code quality and maintainability.
  • Actively participate in team operations, contributing ideas to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute and lead design discussions related to code architecture.
  • Iterate and improve current development processes to ensure top-tier uptime and efficiency.
  • Ensure AI Voice achieves its OKRs by delivering high-quality, reliable features executed with velocity.
