- You bring at least 3 years of experience in growth engineering/software/full-stack development (or related), ideally in projects with a direct impact on business metrics.
What you’ll do.
You’ll be the driving force behind building scalable infrastructure to support our revenue goals. Taking charge of our automated outbound program, you’ll manage every aspect, from email workflows and data enrichment to advanced workflow automation and lead generation. You’ll own the technical email infrastructure, including email deliverability, domain and mailbox management, warming protocols, ensuring consistent volume & performance across outbound campaigns. Collaborating closely with growth, sales, and marketing operations teams, you’ll establish seamless systems to streamline processes and empower cross-functional alignment. Diving into analytics, you’ll set up systems to monitor performance, test hypotheses, and deploy data-backed solutions that drive results. Through your work, you’ll directly contribute to Spot AI’s ability to partner with new customers and scale revenue effectively.
**NOTE: This role is based in Chile. Candidates in other geographies will not be considered at this time.

Compensation and Benefits.
- Net Salary Range (Sueldo liquido): $3.100.000 CLP - $3.900.000 CLP per month
