How you’ll make an impact
Spotnana is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our global IT team. Spotnana IT is responsible for delivering world-class enterprise systems and solutions that enable our growing business to work effectively both internally and with external customers. The Manager, IT Operations at Spotnana will be responsible for the day-to-day employee experience with IT including local office support, 24/7/365 helpdesk/remote support (L1, L2), deployment, tracking, and collection of employee IT resources, and providing ongoing training and education materials to support effective use of IT systems.
What you’ll own
- Build, hire, and develop and manage an IT Operations team that lives Spotnana’s values
- Deliver business results in the areas of IT Operations
- Developer standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical IT processes taking cross-functional requirements and business needs into consideration
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling to support 24/7/365 IT helpdesk support (L1, L2) to provide consistent service to a global workforce
- Drive the evaluation, deployment, and management of IT Operations tools and systems
- Evaluate and make recommendations on staffing, outsourcing, purchasing, and in-house development of systems and processes for IT Operations
- Model skills and behavior aligned with Spotnana’s Values and Operating Principles
Experience to bring with you
- 3-5 years experience managing an IT Operations team
- Experience with service desk/service management, employee onboarding, and enterprise tool management
- Demonstrably deep understanding of IT Operations and Service/Support needs in a high-growth technology company
- Ability to reason holistically about end-to-end Enterprise ecosystems: from online sales portals to marketing tools to GCP
- Experience building and maintaining automation and integration of enterprise IT SaaS platforms
- Experience building corporate IT knowledge bases and writing policies/processes
- The ability to build a cohesive IT Operations team and to manage, coach, and develop a global team effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management
- Experience ensuring all processes used by the IT Operations are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved
- Understanding of IT Operations metrics and how to collect, report, and analyze that data to assess team and business performance
- Experience working with leadership to execute on strategic IT investments, and creatively meeting the non-homogeneous business needs across various departments
- Willing and able to work from either our New York City or Palo Alto, CA office in a hybrid structure

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $160,000 - $180,000
