Job Description
 

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner program strategy that aligns with company objectives, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and growth initiatives.
  • Define the structure, benefits, and requirements for different partner tiers, ensuring a clear, compelling value proposition.
  • Work closely with the SVP of Alliances and Channels to establish program goals, KPIs, and reporting metrics to track partner success and program ROI.

Partner Experience Management

  • Lead the end-to-end partner experience, identifying key touchpoints and ensuring that partners have a seamless, consistent, and positive interaction with our SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product) to enhance partner touchpoints, optimize processes, and address partner needs.
  • Develop partner feedback mechanisms and regularly assess satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Enablement & Training

  • Design and lead partner enablement initiatives, including training programs, certification pathways, and resource hubs, to empower partners with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop content and resources that support partner growth and engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Establish and track program metrics, including partner recruitment, retention, satisfaction, and revenue generation.
  • Present regular updates to the executive team, providing insights into partner ecosystem health, program ROI, and key strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between partners and internal teams, advocating for partner needs and aligning programs with company objectives.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure that partners receive timely and relevant product updates, feature releases, and customer support.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a team focused on partner experience and programs, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting growth opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure clear communication of goals, deliverables, and expectations within the team and across the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner program management, channel development, or partner experience roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling partner programs with a focus on delivering high-value, revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems and various partner types (e.g., ISVs, system integrators, VARs).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on metrics, analytics, and ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strategic yet hands-on approach.

Compensation Range

$195,000 - $260,000 - $325,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.  The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
