About the Team
The Growth & Media team at Stitch Fix is responsible for driving new client acquisition, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams on branding and retention opportunities. At its core, Stitch Fix is a personalization service, and our team leverages data to bring that same level of personalization to our marketing -- thus driving more efficient acquisition, retention and reactivation. Partnering closely with the broader marketing team, as well as the data science, creative, finance and product teams, we deploy a significant budget against a wide array of marketing channels, while continuously experimenting across new channels and within existing ones.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading strategy and execution on a variety of channels including: Linear TV, OTT/CTV, Streaming audio, podcast, direct mail, OOH, content partnerships. These channels are critical in driving the success of our business and unlocking incremental client growth. You will be responsible for setting the vision and leveraging these channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation. You will accomplish this by partnering with brand/integrated marketing, data science, and creative in setting the audience and creative strategy as well as planning/executing campaigns which align with campaign and company objectives.
Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best practices.

- Develop and own goals and performance metrics for your campaigns; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Employ a data-backed approach to decision making & campaign management; regularly extract insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel optimizations
- Balance big-picture thinking with tactical execution, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented across multiple channels.
- Proactively make recommendations to optimize and scale campaigns through targeting, audience testing, and creative learnings.
- Collaborate with external agency and internal cross-functional teams to integrate offline channels with the broader media mix & strategic messaging initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Partner with the in-house/external creative team to support creative development, including crafting briefs, conducting creative tests, and reporting on creative insights to continuously optimize our creative strategy across video, image, and copy
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 4+ years of experience in integrated media/growth marketing, with some experience managing offline channels and/or integrated media planning experience.
- Campaign management (hands-on or managing via an agency) with channels such as: Linear TV, OTT/CTV, Podcast, Streaming audio, Radio, content partnerships, Direct mail, OOH
- You possess a test and learn mindset, and have an understanding of the full user journey and the role different channels play within the marketing eco-system. You are able to think through testing & measuring new channels.
- You are comfortable with large data sets, conducting analysis mixing internal & external data to drive understanding of channel performance and informing potential optimizations within a channel & across all channels.
- You are comfortable seeking out data and conducting detailed analyses using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google sheets etc.
- People describe you as a clear communicator, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
- You’re highly proactive, self-motivated, and have a stellar work ethic. You’re looking for the right company to support your growth
- You excel at managing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and can identify solutions that balance the needs of each
- You’re a builder, optimizer, and an executor, demonstrating the ability to manage campaigns at scale and optimize across multiple channels to maximize efficiency.
- Media agency or agency management experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
