- Design strategies to integrate the RV and Campground products into the broader Storable brand without negatively impacting churn or bookings growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our RV and Campground products to include enablement documentation and training, and launch materials for the sales and client success teams.
- Establish a deep understanding of the target personas necessary to drive bookings and continued product adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to design and execute the GTM strategy, continuously iterating based on market feedback and bookings results.

Product Operations
- Partner with Product Management to create and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible help articles, release notes, and product documentation that support customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Manage crisis communication plans, ensuring timely and effective internal and external messaging during unexpected product incidents or outages.
- Own the execution and quality control of customer-facing communication for product updates, including release notifications and critical announcements.
General Marketing and Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, building compelling launch strategies for new features.
- Create high-quality marketing collateral, including slide decks, one-pagers, ebooks, videos, and webinars, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
