Job Description:

Location: We support US virtual working arrangements in the contiguous 48 states.

The opportunity:
The Provider Operations Representative responsibilities include taking a new provider application from receipt to inclusion on directory along with ongoing updates. 

How you will contribute:

  • Accurate and timely entry of provider data including provider applications and contract information, status changes, and payee changes
  • Verifying all the credentialing criteria for practitioners that have applied to the network
  • Initial and re-credentialing and follow up with practitioners as needed to obtain information for the credentialing process 

What you will bring with you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year job related experience
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Work Flow Software, Time Tracking Systems).
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions.
  • Good customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to navigate websites needed for credentialing purposes.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to work in excess of 40 hours in a week.
  • Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary.
  • Previous experience working with files or the collection and coordination of data preferred.
  • Knowledge of Dental terminology preferred.

If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is: 

  • Southern region: $45,600 - 64,800 annually  
  • Northern region: $48,800 - 69,320 annually  

If you are a Colorado or Nevada resident, the salary range for this position is $41,300 - 58,700 annually.
If you are a Connecticut or Maryland resident, the salary range for this position is $43,200 - 61,320 annually  
If you are a Washington or Rhode Island resident, the salary range for this position is $45,600 - 64,800 annually  
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $48,800 - 69,320 annually
