The pay range is $54,800.00 - $98,600.00

As an Analyst on the Impact and Insights team, you will work closely with internal partners to build insights used for business decisions, sustainability investments, and responsible sourcing for products.

Collaborating across the global enterprise, you will play a critical role in:

Delivering on demand insights for the team

Partnering effectively with internal partners across the enterprise on data, analytics, and technology

Building tools for flagship programs including our Target Forward goals

Evolving our approach to data governance and controls for external disclosures

Supporting KPI building and our Quarterly Business Review

Co-creating the next evolution of our capability as an Impact and Insights team.

About you: 

• 4 year degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in a data, insights, or sustainability role

• Work independently to manage tasks and problem solve

• Manage data quality, controls, and governance

• Conduct data analysis, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling, to provide data insights, trends, and opportunities to team members and leadership

• Experience working with project management tools and other analytics project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Notion, Confluence, Github etc

• Experience sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data using big data platforms and Business Intelligence tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Bonus if you have experience with Python, R, PLM systems, Hive, etc.)

• Experience with traditional as well as modern data analytics and statistical techniques

• Adaptable and able to handle unanticipated requests with short timeline deliverables

• Strong business acumen

• Excellent communication, active listening, and critical thinking skills that enable optimized solutions, including new ways to solve data insights challenges

• Manages well through ambiguity with a humble curiosity and positive attitude

• Excited to work on a global team, with a proven ability to build partnerships across stakeholders and team members

• Respects, appreciates, and is curious about differences related to working with others; committed to fostering an inclusive team

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS: 

Advanced degree in statistics, data sciences, sustainability, or social impact

Experience working with global teams/business partners

Experience using SQL, R, tableau or similar platforms, data warehouses, data information systems

Experience with internal and external reporting, including ESG reports and frameworks, business reports, HRDD, CDP, and Scope 3

Experience building baseline data models with predictive capabilities

Experience working with APIs and building data pipelines and integrating data from different sources

Acquire knowledge beyond your role and bring them as solutions into your work

Up to date on emerging data trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainability and data analytics, and adapt to evolving business and industry needs.
