About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced infrastructure engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating single-tenant deployments and running large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant customer-facing systems. Youll help us build the foundation for rapid customer growth in 2025.

What you’ll do

Automate single-tenant deployments across various clouds, on-premise and compute configurations
Monitor and enhance key service metrics like availability, scalability, latency, and health, across all customer deployments
Prepare for new customer rollouts and expansions, and advise on resource optimization
Simplify infrastructure setups to reduce operational overhead
Provide rapid response to user emergencies, platform alerts, and support requests

About you

5+ years of experience in deploying, managing, and operating scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure in AWS, GCP, and other public clouds
Experienced using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
Solid knowledge of Linux internals
Able to troubleshoot and debug issues, and demonstrate a methodical approach to root cause analysis
Bonus points for experience writing / debugging code (for example, finding memory leaks)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to details
BS/BA in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Must be based in NYC (we work hybrid)
