Focus of the Role
As a Senior Commercial Specialist in our multi-brand mobiles portfolio, you will have the opportunity to lead commercial performance for one of our key growth brands within the Consumer multi-brand portfolio. This will be part of the Boost Mobile team and will be a key leadership role for the growth brand, accountable for setting business strategy and direction, driving sales and financial performance outcomes, and delivering on strategic projects associated with the mobile multi-brand portfolio.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be required to build capability and drive a high-performance culture within your function that effectively contributes to achieving strategic and operational objectives. You thrive on developing insightful analysis on critical business issues and testing hypotheses that strongly contribute to operational decision making, that ultimately impact long-term economic performance.
This is how you bring your role to life:
- Support the proposition and product teams to develop and execute on a roadmap of activity to deliver on customer experience and revenue growth ambitions
- Set and evolve the strategic direction of the product and brand
- Support the marketing and sales teams on managing contracts and commercial arrangements with key partnerships (e.g. agencies, sponsors, retailers).
- Understand the impact of your mission on group level performance in order to gain perspective of the broader organisational landscape
- Solve commercial problems through data and analytics solutions, extracting and communicating meaningful insights from analyses and driving the execution of associated solutions
- Strongly contribute to the strategic and operational initiatives within the commercial segment to ensure that key objectives are accomplished
- Deliver market and industry intelligence, in conjunction with customer cohort analysis, and work with others to consolidate into overarching commercial analysis that aids decision making across teams
- Identify opportunities to provide value added insights based on customer, sales, competitor and market insights to identify opportunities and risks, and make recommendations to improve channel execution
- Use technical expertise and skills to build financial models and create investment business cases to support strategic and operational decision making
- Participate and embrace the Commercial ways of working mind sets and practices for the team
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and commercial analysis, strategic thinking, and business operations, with experience in setting and managing marketing and propositions strategy.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or financial role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and commercial analysis techniques.
- Expertise in developing and utilizing financial models to support business decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and translating it into meaningful business insights.
- Experience in prepaid services is highly desirable.
