What You Will Do for Us:

As our Director of Experiential Marketing, you will be the catalyst for creating exhilarating consumer experiences that extend across NAOU. You’ll orchestrate a team of passionate external agency associates, channeling their creativity to build brand love and loyalty.

  • Lead and Inspire: Direct all facets of our experiential marketing initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration that energizes our North American bottlers.

  • Drive Experiences: Guide external agencies to deliver high-impact consumer interactions that amplify brand awareness and spark trial and loyalty.

  • Expert Liaison: Act as the go-to expert for brand teams, facilitating seamless in-market execution through collaboration with both field marketing teams and external agencies.

  • Marquee Programs: Align experiential tour capabilities with marquee brand programs, ensuring each activation is impactful and cohesive.

  • Engagement: Work closely with agency teams and internal associates to bring vibrant consumer experiences to life.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 10-12 years in the consumer goods/beverages industry—with a sparkling track record of success.

  • Strategic Vision: Proven planning abilities in both strategic and tactical contexts, coupled with financial management expertise.

  • Collaboration: Skilled at synthesizing needs of multiple stakeholders, building partnerships, and establishing trust and credibility across all levels.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors.

  • Agency Experience: Extensive experience with experiential and sampling agencies.

  • NAOU Knowledge: Strong engagement with NAOU Bottling System and Partners.

  • Brand Strategy: Deep understanding of brand marketing strategy.

  • Communication: Exceptional clarity in concise communication.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

Pay Range:

$153,000 - $175,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
