Job Description Summary:

As the Global Health & Wellbeing (H&W) Senior Director, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience and the effective delivery of H&W services and plans worldwide. This role involves overseeing the implementation and accurate execution of comprehensive health and wellbeing programs across all regions where the company operates. Your responsibilities will encompass approximately 260 plans, 310 different benefit allowances, and the administration of around 450 leave and time-off policies. Many of these will have annual changes that will require significant coordination globally to maintain stability.

You will collaborate with various departments, including all Operating Units, Total Rewards CoE, Procurement, HR Tech, Payroll, and Employee Relations, to ensure seamless operations. Where applicable, you will also oversee the performance of vendors providing H&W programs.

Additionally, you will have people management responsibilities, leading a team of 4 direct reports and a total team of 21, which includes H&W Managers and H&W Consultants. You will also participate as a Total Rewards Operations leadership team member to help set a global vision and execution strategy for the broader team.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Strategic Planning & Vision Setting. In collaboration with the VP of TR Operations, this leader will interpret and adapt the vision for Global Health & Wellbeing Operations to optimize team performance and maximize results.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and inspire the team by cultivating a productive organizational culture that aligns with the Total Rewards and Employee Experience Hub Strategy.  Focus the team on enhancing the customer experience, mitigating risks, and driving operational efficiency.

  • Operational Oversight. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality delivery and adherence to compliance.  Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, Vendor Delivery, and Customer Experience.

  • Leverage Your Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge of Health & Wellbeing disciplines to identify solutions for complex global H&W issues.  Collaborate with peers, partners, vendors and leaders to design sustainable solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or work experience equivalent.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in H&W Benefit program execution

  • Proven problem-solving, project management, time management, teamwork, and communication skills

  • Extensive Vendor Management Experience

  • Exhibited attention to detail

Pay Range:

$186,000 - $226,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
