The Senior Director will lead a team of 6 OU Directors (OUDs), who drive strategic sourcing initiatives and align with GMP productivity plans. This role balances leading an OU and managing other Directors, ensuring OU needs are met during multi-OU negotiations while leveraging scale. The goal is for OUDs to collaborate effectively with Towers and local businesses to secure fit for purpose agencies and services, ensuring excellent negotiations, contract management, responsible sourcing, and maximizing ROI. Reporting to the VP Global Marketing Procurement, the candidate will share responsibility for $6bn in marketing spend and be a key partner within the marketing community.

  • Provide expertise to leverage spend, increase value, and decrease total costs. Analyze industry trends, evolving technology, and supplier competencies to minimize risks, protect supply continuity, and exploit opportunities beneficial to TCCC.
  • Build a central best practice information suite, benchmarking, and cost modeling approach while supporting continuous learning. Leverage total spend across all OUs, developing a global partnership approach for competitive positioning.
  • Identify, classify, maintain, and protect files and sensitive information per record handling and retention requirements. Meet company targets on savings, cash flow, sustainability, and people performance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining contractual obligations and benefits. Analyze and develop contracts to support the Companys strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of the Companys business environment, including industry trends, competitive pressures, sustainability policies, and responsible sourcing requirements. Broad functional knowledge from interactions with various departments and external sources.
  • Capability to work as part of a virtual global team, leveraging collaboration across geographic and organizational boundaries. Use data and robust analytics to model business scenarios, analyze costs, impacts, risks, and benefits, and recommend business solutions.
