Role Overview:
The Senior Insight Manager for Brand Equity Tracking will play a key role in driving our understanding of how we can grow among adults. This role is responsible for setting up, crafting, and handling the brand equity tracking study. Converting data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations. In close collaboration with the Global Brand Development team. The resulting insights will play a key role in driving the transformation into a brand-led organization and, ultimately, brand growth.
This platform will integrate into a comprehensive brand tracking system spanning diverse audiences and markets. Building on our premier tracking system developed over the past year. This is an exciting opportunity to improve our ability to understand and engage the growing adult consumer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and drive innovation for the tracking platform, crafting a cohesive brand insights agenda across multiple platforms
- Stay closely connected to key brand challenges and opportunities, ensuring the program delivers actionable insights that drive impact.
- Collaborate within the Data Platforms team to integrate insights, data, and analytics into decision-making processes across the organization.
- Partner with GIs Business Partners and Centers of Excellence teams to influence strategic business decisions with a dedicated focus on the LEGO® Brand.
- Foster a true partnership with external research vendors through co-creation, shared ownership, and seamless collaboration.

GI is on an exciting journey as we have changed to a new structure comprised of 3 important teams: Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence, and Enablers. This Senior Manager role sits within the Enablers team – specifically within Data Platforms in a dedicated Brand Tracking team. The Data Platforms team drives consumer and shopper focused data and insight platforms such as MDS, BEAT, NPS, NPD, and CGT – all of which are data platforms that influence ongoing performance evaluation and actioning as well as 2 Global important metrics (Active Consumer Base and NPS). As such, this team “has influence on every employee at the LEGO Group.”
The team is based in Billund, Denmark offering an exciting, inspiring, and flexible work environment – and a little fun play as well!
Do you have what it takes?
The preferred candidate has worked with brand research and now want to take this to the next level and truly impact the strategic direction for one of the strongest brands in the world. Extensive validated experience in managing larger research tracking programs with a track record of translating insights into business results, with skills fully proficient and comfortable with data sense making and data visualization.
- Master’s Degree preferred - coupled with 10+ years’ relevant experience in a business environment and international approach.
- Excellent collaborator with ability to work across different areas and with different teams.
- Big picture and critical thinker with the ability to set strategic direction.
- Self-starter, self-motivated and thrives within ambiguity who can manage multiple initiatives from beginning to end with minimal supervision.
- This position is part of a distributed team and therefore will require some flexibility in working hours but will require minimal travel.
- Strong English communication skills (Written & Oral).
