Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible and accountable for leading, organizing, motivating, and managing geo-diverse teams using agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment to deliver high quality products that meet user story stated success criteria. You may coordinate division-wide team initiatives that align with organizational objectives and support our divisional backlog. You’re going to frequently wear multiple hats and exchange them fluently in an exciting environment with a great team and opportunities to be a leader, business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, coach/mentor and project manager.
Your Expertise
2+ years of experience in Project Manager, Scrum Master, Software Engineer or Database Developer roles
Experience managing large-scale strategic projects in a fast-paced Agile environment
Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and providing daily feedback to grow your team
Effective communicator with great interpersonal skill who can facilitate, negotiate, mentor, coach, collaborate and build strong agile teams

A natural facilitator when it comes to collaboration/brainstorming, negotiating, and team building sessions
A leader, coach, and mentor that thrives on metrics, regular feedback loops, and finding challenges/activities to grow your team in the pursuit of continuous improvement
