Our ambition is to revolutionize the travel industry and we’re currently looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in our mission to create lasting connections with travelers by crafting personalized, multi-channel communication flows.

What will you do?

Develop and execute multi-channel reengagement campaigns, enhancing customer engagement in the DACH region and France.
Optimize campaign timing and messaging through A/B testing to boost click-through and engagement rates.
Drive Double Opt-In (DOI) initiatives to expand our verified, GDPR-compliant customer base.
Leverage CRM data for personalized, dynamic content across communications.
Report on CRM KPIs and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, and product teams to align on personalization and customer engagement strategies.

What will you need to be successful?

Proven experience in CRM
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimizing reactivation campaigns
Proficiency in personalization, and segmentation, leveraging data to create tailored experiences
Knowledge of customer engagement strategies
Experience with CRM channels beyond email, e.g. Direct Mail, App, Whatsapp, sms
Strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM tools and platforms such as Braze and Salesforce
You are highly analytical, decisive and you take ownership of outcomes
You are driven, you thrive in fast-paced environment and are a team player
