And we’re looking for a Finance Operations- Receivables/Payables Agent to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

What is the role about?

You are an integral part of the Finance Operations team and contribute to the planning, organization and execution of daily operations.
You handle billing, refunds and are in charge of tracking payments.
You assist the Finance team with reconciling payments and clarifying customer or supplier balances.
You verify and process incoming invoices against our internal records to ensure a complete and accurate payment process.
You work closely with our key stakeholders in order to resolve queries and handle account clarifications.
Over time, you can enlarge your scope and bring your contribution to special projects related to process improvement.

What will you need to be successful?

You successfully obtained a Bachelor degree in a related field.
You work accurately, conscientiously and with team spirit.
You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud based solutions such as Google sheets.
Ideally you have worked with Salesforce or a similar tool before.
You are fluent in English, with good German skills.
You are an open-minded and flexible person who does not mind a good challenge.
You have an eye for detail and a high standard for the quality of your work.
You effectively prioritize various tasks without losing sight of deadlines.
You have a background in tourism or are eager to learn more about this industry.
And last but not least, a love for travel!
