And we’re looking for a Head of Pricing to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

What is the role about?

  • Shape our Pricing Strategy
    • You will develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Advance our Discount Strategy
    • You will define and refine promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention while ensuring profitability through promo guardrails and calendars for different channels, customer segments, destinations and seasons.
  • Establish strategic pricing capabilities and drive Continuous Optimization
    • You will establish dynamic pricing and flexible promotion capabilities and continuously optimize our pricing and discount architecture.
  • Be a Key Stakeholder
    • As part of the Marketing Leadership team, you collaborate with our Product, Tech, and Growth Marketing teams to enhance pricing and discount capabilities, aligning with key executives (CEO, CFO, VP Marketing) and other stakeholders.

What you will need to be successful

Here’s the experience we are looking for:

  • Senior Expert/Leader with D2C E-Commerce Scale-Up experience
  • Management Consulting Experience (ideally focused on pricing topics)
  • Very strong applied quantitative and qualitative statistics experience
  • Tech collaboration and roadmapping experience
  • Dynamic pricing experience
  • Leadership and team development experience
  • Strong quantitative academic background: MSc/PhD in Economic Sciences, Engineering, Psychology, etc.

  • Collaborative Communicator – You work well with teams, effectively convey strategic visions, and foster alignment across departments.
  • Curious & Adaptive Innovator – You are eager to explore new ideas, embrace innovation, and refine strategies based on new insights and evolving market conditions.
