A Brief Overview

The Content Strategist is responsible for working across marketing and sales to ensure that we have an aligned strategic approach to content that ties to TriNets business strategy, and that the execution of that strategy is done consistently across the various teams responsible for developing content assets.

What you will do

  • Works across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops and Enablement to develop GTM framework aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Manages the interlock on GTM framework with all parties.
  • Ensures consistent execution against framework and adjusts based on performance.
  • Develops and designs impactful bill of materials to support sales enablement and demand execution.
  • Works with sales and sales enablement to develop new assets and tools to help sellers engage customers and prospects virtually.
  • Lead production and agency management initiatives.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 10+ years Integrated marketing strategy and content required

Skills and Abilities

  • • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, financial and project management. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • • Ability to execute alignment cross functionally. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • • Demonstrated knowledge of content strategy and management. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Advanced proficiency)
  • • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate cross functionally with employees at all levels of the organization. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • • Possesses humility, empathy, and high intellectual curiosity. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • • Adaptability to the job and working in a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Intermediate proficiency)

Travel Requirements
Minor overnight travel may be required.

The salary range for this role is $85,500 to $205,200. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

 A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
