A Brief Overview
As a Senior Manager, Sales Leadership Performance at TriNet youll support the success of Field Directors and their teams in a multitude of ways. This includes but is not limited to providing coverage for a Field Director while they are out for an extended period time. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a passion for building, developing, and inspiring a team of world class Sales Consultants who prospect and sell TriNets comprehensive HR solution. A key component of this role is to ensure Sales Consultants are able to meet their sales quota through regular coaching, managing to activity metrics, daily inspection of calendars, and overall execution of the entire sales process.

What you will do
- Drive rigor in the sales culture through effective coaching, on the on-the-job training, mentoring, diligent process adherence and quality monitoring.
- Inspect and hold Sales Consultants accountable to sales activity, weekly goals, and calendars.
- Observe and coach Sales Consultants through weekly team meetings, one on ones, deal support and call shadowing.
- Follow the published TriNet Sales Management Operating Rhythm for territory planning, pipeline and opportunity reviews, as well as hiring, coaching and development practices.
- With the support of the Field Sales Executive Director, drive team performance and accelerate deals by removing internal barriers, anticipating, and resolving conflicts and celebrating success.
- Analyze the viability of sales opportunities related to pricing and risk.
- Along with the Field Sales Executive Director, forecast key business metrics and manage resources to achieve TriNet profitability.
- Build strong internal support network with cross-functional colleagues including Health Plan Pricing, Risk, Legal, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and HR to support velocity in deal and opportunity negotiation.
- Participate in the hiring process as needed for new Sales Consultants.
- Provide DOS new hire support as needed to ensure new sales leaders are set up for success at TriNet.
- Support new Sales Consultant onboarding to ensure new colleagues are meeting New Hire Scorecard expectations and provide oversight to new hire advisor relationships to ensure new colleagues are fully supported for success.

Education Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 3+ years successful PEO or related sales leadership experience
- Typically 5+ years consultative sales experience

The salary range for this role is $103,700 to $273,700. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
