We are looking for a passionate Web Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging landing pages for marketing funnels. You will also work on our website as the main source of our brand identity and tone of voice.

• Marketing landing pages You will design optimized user flows and effective interfaces for maximum conversions, propose and implement ideas that can impact conversions, and test them with A/B tests or UX tests.
• Website pages You will be creating or redesigning our website pages in line with our brand guidelines and tone of voice, as well as reaching SEO goals when needed.

• Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion, backed by several years of relevant experience.
• UX/UI Expertise: High-level skills in UX/UI, with the ability to analyze the entire user journey—from advertisements to booking calls on the website—and identify areas for improvement, including refining payment flows.
• Graphic Design Proficiency: Strong graphic design capabilities with a focus on high-quality visual and interaction design. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively use metaphors in design.
• Business Acumen: Consideration of business needs and practical implications in design decisions. Ability to balance aesthetics, speed, and business objectives without getting overly fixated on superficial UI elements.
• Proactivity & Adaptability: Demonstrated proactivity and persistence in rapidly changing environments. Enjoyment in building and learning from mistakes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers.
• Open-Mindedness: Strong beliefs that are flexible. Ability to articulate design decisions while being receptive to feedback from various stakeholders.
• Systematic Approach: Comfort with employing and maintaining design guidelines in a systematic manner.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English at a B2 level. Ability to communicate in Russian is essential, as a significant portion of the team speaks Russian.
