The Presentation Specialist will create executive decks for Customer Experience leadership. They will report into our Customer Experience Excellence team. They are responsible for creating, designing, and delivering high-quality presentation materials for executive-level meetings and board presentations. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for design to effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
**This is a hybrid role. The employee will be expected to go into the Lowell, MA or Weston, FL office 2-3 days/week**
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and design executive presentation decks that align with the company’s strategic goals and messaging
• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, insights, and narratives for presentations
• Ensure all presentation materials are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and tailored to the audience
• Conduct research and analysis to support the content of executive decks, including market trends, competitive analysis, and performance metrics
• Edit and proofread presentation content for clarity, accuracy, and coherence
• Manage timelines and project deliverables to ensure timely completion of executive decks for meetings and events
• Stay updated on best practices in presentation design and communication strategies
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ experience in creating executive-level presentations, preferably in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in PowerPoint software
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into compelling narratives
• Able to present complex information clearly to Senior leadership
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics in design
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience with Beautiful AI and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to create marketing videos
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Experience in corporate communications, or a similar role
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to the organization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $62,300 to $89,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
