Job Description

We’re looking for a Talent Development Manager to take the lead in designing and delivering innovative, high-impact talent programs that inspire, engage, and retain our top talent. In this highly visible and influential role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to build best-in-class development initiatives that align with our business goals and fuel employee growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Implement Development Programs – Create and execute talent development initiatives that foster career growth, engagement, and high performance.

  • Collaborate & Influence– Partner with Talent Development team, HR, leadership, and key stakeholders to help integrate career development, learning and succession planning with business goals, employee aspirations, and evolving market trends. 

  • Enhance Employee Engagement- Lead initiatives that cultivate a meaningful and engaging employee experience. Oversee the deployment of engagement surveys, develop action planning strategies, and implement continuous feedback loops to drive impactful workplace improvements.

  • Elevate Employee Recognition - Assess and enhance recognition programs that reinforce Vialto’s Values, celebrate business successes, and highlight employee achievements in meaningful and impactful ways.

  • Drive Career Growth & Development – Expand and embed career development frameworks that empower employees to take ownership of their professional growth while equipping leaders with the resources to support and guide their teams.

  • Optimize Performance Management – Support the execution and continuous improvement of the annual performance review process, ensuring alignment with talent development and business goals.

  • Build a Culture of Mentorship – Design and implement a mentorship program that fosters meaningful connections, supports skill development, and promotes career progression at all levels of the organization.

  • Measure & Optimize Impact – Track program effectiveness, leverage data-driven insights, and continuously improve to maximize success.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing talent development programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

  • Exceptional communication & collaboration abilities—you know how to influence, engage, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

  • Data-driven approach—you leverage insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve programs.

  • Proficiency in G-Suite; experience with Culture Amp, Eightfold, and Workday is a plus.
