Your Role
As a Business Immigration Analyst (Senior Associate Level) at Vialto Partners LLP, you will work under attorney supervision to help multinational clients navigate the complexities of U.S. business immigration. You will be part of a high-volume, fast-paced environment, assisting in the end-to-end process of securing U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas with efficiency, accuracy, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor & Guide: Support and review work prepared by junior Business Immigration Analysts.
Prepare & Submit Petitions: Draft complex petitions for employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including PERM and adjustment of status applications.
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email and assist with reporting and data requests.
Program & Project Management: Support program administration for client accounts and lead special projects.
Training & Knowledge Development: Train junior staff on U.S. immigration processes and best practices.
Stay Current on Immigration Laws: Keep up with evolving regulations, policies, and trends in U.S. immigration.
Leverage Technology & Automation: Use digital tools to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
Ensure Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain high-quality work while upholding Vialto’s code of ethics and business conduct.
Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, offering insights and strategic solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in U.S. employment-based immigration.
Education: A paralegal certificate or university degree is a plus.

Salary Range: $51,000-$85,000 CAD
