As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing Viber for clients and servers on iOS, Android and desktop platforms. We offer many interesting and challenging tasks that will allow you to extend your technical abilities delivering the product of the highest quality to our users. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing user experience and driven to make a meaningful impact within the team.

Develop manual test scenarios and test suites and maintain test documentation
Validate new functionality and ensure the flawless testing process
Create and maintain test documentation including test cases, checklists, test plans
Work with the product owner to ensure requirements are captured correctly; work with the development team to analyze and resolve defects
Report over the manual testing results and possible risks
Support the full cycle of defect tracking & management
Functional API testing
Collaborate with development teams and quality engineering teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation
Working with automation tools - writing test cases and monitoring results

3+ years of experience in Mobile Testing (iOS, Android)
Understanding of QA processes, approaches, methodologies and ability to apply the knowledge into daily operation
Experience with software testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, User Acceptance Testing)
Basic Jira experience
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Experience in writing SQL queries
Hands-on experience in automation and developing automated test scripts
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in agile environments
Experience in web & desktop & REST API testing
Proficiency in using web debugging proxy tools such as Charles, Fiddler, or similar
Knowledge of using TestRail for test case management
