Role and Responsibilities

United States, Remote

VideoAmp is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy individual to join us as a Salesforce, CPQ & Business Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate loves a fast-paced environment, actively seeks innovative solutions to problems, and strives to translate technology into business value through proper implementation and iterative improvement within our “Revenue Ecosystem. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with stakeholders across our Revenue department to help solve their organizational challenges.

Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom object customization, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and dashboards and reports.
Design and implement complex automation solutions using flow; apex understanding strongly preferred
Manage and implement new features within CPQ
Facilitate user acceptance testing of new functionalities and provide feedback/documentation
Own all administrative responsibilities of Salesforce & CPQ
Provide advanced support and troubleshooting to users while identifying opportunities for improvement and including but not limited to; optimizing day-to-day workflows, security settings, custom objects/fields, page layouts, validation rules, approvals, etc.
Refine and maintain the Salesforce data security model including but not limited to: roles and hierarchies, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets
Provide administrative support to the legal operations function by utilizing the Ironclad contract management platform

Education and Experience

2+ years of relevant Salesforce administrator experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with systems implementation processes such as scoping, configuration, documentation and testing
Understanding of database concepts and data transformation along with prior experience building and maintaining reports/dashboards leveraging large data sets
Ability to self-teach and execute on new concepts quickly
Experience vetting solution and systems recommendations for gaps, risks and impact
Strong project management and communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving
Working knowledge and experience around an effective change management process
Strong understanding of a comprehensive and flexible data security model across key constructs

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Salesforce Advanced Administrator and CPQ certifications are highly desired
Prior experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, e.g. Ironclad
Understanding of basic apex code
Prior Media or Ad Tech industry experience is preferred
Knowledge of Agile development practices is preferred
