Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at Vivid Money. In this senior-level position, you will immerse yourself in various aspects of product development, collaborate with diverse teams, and leverage your expertise to create unique and groundbreaking features for our clients.

Responsibilities

Deeply engage with different areas of our product suite to understand user needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather insights and translate them into innovative AI solutions.
Create and deploy applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve domain-specific problems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Design and optimize prompting techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and fintech, applying best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Proven experience as a Python engineer with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of transformer architectures and their applications.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and techniques for optimizing AI model performance.
Hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications, including RAG.

Demonstrated ability to tackle domain-specific challenges using innovative AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Experience in the fintech sector is an advantage.
