We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our Team!
What you will do
- Answering customer’s requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience in English
- Being our customers voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
- Collaborating with our different teams and having direct impact to improve our Product
- Representing Vivid Money and build a trustful relationship with our customers
- Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests
- Passion to build better customer service
- Experience in customer support or work with customers
- Native or fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Very good command of MS Office and G-Suite
- Experience with regulatory and government requests, customers claims are an advantage
- Financial or investment background is also a plus
