As the Vice President, Sales Engineering Americas at WalkMe, you will report to our SVP of Global Sales Engineering and lead our Americas Sales Engineering (SE) teams as the technical and solution partner to Sales. You will continue to grow our teams, set the technical sales strategy for our Sales Engineers and ensure WalkMe can share the value of DAP.
What Youll Own
- Bring multiple regional teams into one focused, Americas team with your thought leadership and vision for goals, processes, and standards.
- Lead our Americas technical Go To Market (GTM) strategy across Named, Enterprise, Commercial and Federal sales teams in partnership with our Sales Leaders
- Grow the SE organization externally through recruiting and internally through mentorship to ensure our SEs continue building knowledge and growing in their careers.
- Partner with Sales leaders and teams to support the sales of WalkMe through understanding of customer requirements, and demonstrating the value of how our software solves digital adoption over multiple use cases
- Scale the team through use of value-based demos to tell the story of WalkMe from a clients perspective
- Create feedback loops between our customers and product team to inspire product direction and feature priorities
What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years experience in the software/SaaS industry with pre-sales management experience and passion for building and supporting diverse teams
- Have a passion for working with customers to ensure mutual success. Possess the business experience and technical depth that allows you connect with our customers across industries at an Executive level
- Form deep partnerships with the other functional business leaders across the organization to ensure synergistic collaboration of our teams
- Partner with global SE leaders to standardize processes and solutions and promote organizational change
- Curiosity - you are always asking what else can our product do and how can we demonstrate value to our customers?
- Flair for improving and scaling technical selling processes – e.g. developing stories for individual clients
- Youll build a team both in hiring new members and developing the career growth of the existing team
- You can manage your function of the organization including goals, budget, strategy and you can create a positive team culture.
- Build a network that is mutually supportive, including Product Management, Development, and Product Marketing teammates

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $235,000 and $310,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
