Position Summary...
What youll do...
Walmart is currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to accelerate 3rd party merchant awareness and adoption for our Multichannel Solutions (MCS) product. MCS provides merchants with the ability to leverage Walmart’s extensive supply chain network to streamline order fulfilment across multiple sales channels, including the merchant’s own website and multiple Marketplaces.
The successful candidate will have a background in marketing, go-to-market strategy, and communications, a track record of driving adoption for fast-growing B2B products and the demonstrated ability to successfully partner with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive outcomes.
This individual will be responsible for growing the adoption of MCS by driving awareness and demand for the program, as well as lifecycle and retention communications.
You’ll make an impact by:
Developing strategy, calendar and content for MCS Marketing activities, inclusive of MCS landing page, digital Marketing and in-person activations
Creating content for and run campaigns on channels like email, paid media, social, webinar, channel partners, events and more to drive MCS adoption, growth and retention
Strong partnership with internal teams to seamlessly bring to market new MCS features and enhancements (e.g., Product, Sales, GTM, Enablement, ECM)
Directing internal and external creative teams to create cohesive campaign creative and messaging
Tight collaboration with Product, Legal, Voice of Seller and key merchant-facing teams to ensure consistent, up-to-date communication of MCS benefits and value propositions
Advancing the seller journey through competitive and market research, social listening and data-driven insights
Acting as a product expert for Multichannel Solutions as you work with cross-functional marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, logistics or a similar industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience executing go-to-market launch campaigns as well as longer-term product adoption campaigns with tangible, measurable results
Proven ability to form relationships and lead cross functional teams
Embrace working in a fast paced continually evolving environment
Exceptional communication skills in both writing and presentation
Analytical and data-driven, with a track record of measuring marketing campaign effectiveness
Structured and a strategic thinker
You’ll Sweep Us off our Feet If:
Youve owned go-to-market planning and execution for a new product
You have business-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese and/or experience working in the Chinese market
You’re worked closely with Product teams and are comfortable influencing others and presenting to leadership
You’ve executed successful co-marketing campaigns with Channel Partners and have experience marketing API integrations to end users
Own the continued refinement of the overarching MCS value proposition, claims, competitive differentiation messaging, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Research, Product, Analytics, Leal and Global Comms
Advance the seller journey through competitive research, social listening and data-driven insights
Lead sales enablement efforts, partnering closely with the WFS Sales Enablement and training teams
Partner with the Channel Partner team to create co-marketing campaigns and enablement materials for Walmart Marketing partners in order to drive MCS acquisition
Oversee MCS-focused operational and retention communications to sellers

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
