Position: Senior Manager, Change Management

Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Manages the implementation and support for change management strategy and impact initiatives under the direction of senior leadership by assessing key opportunities; communicating change management plans to senior management; leveraging resources to implement strategies through cross-functional teams; identifying and leading resolution of opportunities for process improvements; and aligning activities with overall plans to ensure successful change management implementation. Oversees management processes and impact initiative programs across projects by creating foundational implementation plans, documentation, and training materials; facilitating project teams to determine specific behaviors necessary for driving sustainable business benefits of change programs; managing education and awareness initiatives for senior leadership; and executing continuous improvement cycles based on feedback from stakeholders. Leads project teams on change management processes and impact initiatives execution by utilizing change management methodology to capture and develop best practices for future reference and utilization; identifying root cause issues and performance and resistance gaps to determine how to resolve issues; and identifying key change management plans and barriers and aligning people, processes, and platforms to drive delivery of change management strategy. Manages the development of strategic communications across the business by consulting with senior company leadership and executives and participating in cross-functional teams to determine appropriate communication strategy and evaluate business needs and desired outcomes; ensuring continuity of business plans ; serving as a key stakeholder and as a communication subject matter expert in change, training, and communications initiatives; drafting, designing, reviewing, and editing communications and presentations; advising on the creation of communication elements related to the divisional plan; and developing and executing plans to distribute communications. Directs needs analysis to identify areas that require support in driving change by developing processes and overseeing implementation of projects that create high impact targeting areas identified in needs analysis; executes reporting strategies and key performance indicators; and monitoring the reporting of progress and performance tracking. Manages business objectives and customer needs by, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning. Telecommuting / work from home is permitted.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelors degree or the equivalent in in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in communications, human resources, or related experience OR 6 years of experience in communications, human resources, or related experience.

Skills required: Must have experience with: Planning change initiatives using tools like Prosci ADKAR model, Kotters 8-step change management model, and Lewins change management model; Planning, tracking, and managing change initiatives with Microsoft Project and Jira;  Analyzing data and creating reports that track the progress and impact of change initiatives using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI; Gathering and analyzing feedback from employees using tools like Feedback Ally, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, and Qualtrics; Managing iterative and incremental change initiatives by using principles of Agile and frameworks like Scrum, and Kanban; Creating and maintaining project documentation using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Google Workspace; Enhancing user experience during digital change implementations using tools like Mural, Whiteboard, Sketch or Figma; Developing infographics, newsletters, and posters using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Developing multimedia content including videos, animations, and podcasts, using tools like Canva, Envato, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Toonly, Final Cut Pro, and Audacity; Creating training materials based on Instructional design models like ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy; Developing e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate; Managing content by utilizing content management systems (CMS) like WordPress; Formatting newsletters using HTML for email distribution; Coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders using CRM systems like Salesforce; Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics platforms like Google Analytics; and Designing and executing multiple campaigns using project management tools like Asana. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $146,084 to $180,000/year.  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.   Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives
