What youll do...
As a Staff Software Engineer you will be responsible for driving the Samsclub Membership website Front End engineering team from technical delivery point of view. You will be member of a high performing technical team working on designing and developing membership front end flows while partnering with cross platform teams.

What youll do:
- Leads and participates in projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, gathering requested information, writing, and developing code, conducting unit testing. Communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop responsive web applications that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes
- Write and maintain technical documentation for all projects and processes
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team
- Troubleshoots business and production issues by gathering information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause), engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues.
- Drive the initiatives for engineering and operational excellence.
What youll bring:
- 7+ years experience designing and building scalable and reliable front-end applications.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Node JS, HTML, CSS and Redux libraries
- Proficient in RESTful Services, GraphQL
- Proficient with Designing and building APIs
- Experience in working in large teams using CI/CD and agile methodologies.
- Experience unit testing and functional testing
- The keen eyes for detail and desire to learn, win, collaborate, and relish a challenge.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
