The Manager of Learning and Development, Creative Design is responsible for working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop visual designs and digital experiences. This includes auditing existing learning materials, adapting content to changing learner needs, and aligning content with business goals and initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and peer teams to produce relevant and engaging visual designs and digital experiences.
- Utilize and hone design skills in creative software and systems (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Design with a user-centric mindset, ensuring visual and creative output resonates with specific audiences.
- Act as a design consultant, adapting visual styles and concepts to meet business needs.
- Demonstrate creativity and emotional intelligence in your work and relationships with peers.
- Show resilience and adaptability in the face of change, obstacles, and ambiguity.
- Lead design projects independently and proactively support team initiatives.
- Mentor team members on best practices, constructive feedback, and improving team performance.
- Research trends and pursue personal development to stay abreast of the design and learning industries.
- Foster a culture of constructive feedback within the team and with collaborators.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric graphic design and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in UX/UI development and design.
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques and web accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with AEM or custom coding experience in any content management system (CMS) is highly desirable.
- Experience in visual design with a focus on learning/education.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
