Reports to

Head of QA

What will you do?

• Product quality management and testing process within the team.
• Monitoring and execution of QA work plans.
• Identifying and resolving issues in testing and development processes.
• Managing the QA team: mentoring, staff development, workload planning.
• Collaborating directly with developers and producers to ensure the team’s production goals are met.
• Performing hands-on testing as needed.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years experience in QA
• Experience with managing a small and focused team.
• Exceptional management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of QA theory.
• Strong hands-on testing skills.
• Extensive experience with defect-tracking tools.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• English - B2 and above

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Previous testing experience within game development.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python\C#\C++)
• Experience coordinating with external or remote test groups.
• Experience managing private and public beta releases.

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
