We’re looking for a Solutions Architect - Automation to help guide customers toward successful implementations of Webflow at scale. In this role, you’ll develop internal automation tools that streamline Solutions Architecture workflows, build customer-facing solutions that accelerate adoption, and craft compelling resources—such as templates, integrations, and technical documentation—to help customers succeed on the Webflow platform.

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. Weve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: 145,000 - $184,000
      • Zone B: $138,000 -  $175,000
      • Zone C: $131,000 - $165,000
    • Canada  (all figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in the Canada)
      • 164,500 - 209,000

As a Solutions Architect - Automation you’ll … 

  • Develop internal tools and automation to streamline and scale Solutions Architecture workflows, automate technical documentation generation and maintenance, and develop customer facing tools to streamline implementation and drive adoption
  • Build cutting edge, repeatable artifacts to help tell Webflows story in a compelling way that aligns with bringing our customers business value. You will combine product evangelism and your knowledge of customers to create templates, integrations, and site examples that make adopting Webflow easy. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success peers to launch new customers, drive successful product adoption, and reduce time to first value from Webflow. You’ll provide technical guidance in a consultative manner for customers, uncovering opportunities and steering them toward resources and solutions that unblock their ability to successfully launch and grow with Webflow.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and well help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Solutions Architect - Automation if you:

  • Have 3 to 5 years building applications and automations with both frontend and backend experience
  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities, and collaborating with a wide variety of people across functions, backgrounds, and experience levels
  • Have excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
  • Are open minded with a bias toward growth, engaging in opportunities to learn, expand your current scope, and consider differing opinions
  • Welcome a diverse mix of individuals (including customers and colleagues) and their different perspective
  • Enjoy solving problems and puzzles, with the ability to identify cases where challenges or solutions are net new vs. cases where previous learnings can be repurposed
