About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Global Payments & Liquidity Enrollment Tools Team as part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Coordinate development execution at L3/Product level
- Develop, evolve, and communicate product vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
- Collaborate with Business Execution Senior Manager on the overall product intention roadmap
- Establish, communicate, and monitor product goals and performance indicators
- Partner with stakeholders and others to define Epics, complete supporting documentation/requirements, identify dependencies, and prioritize based on defined roadmap; ensure alignment with external partner priorities and ranking according to other Epics in discovery
- Partner with product owners to ensure Epics and Stories are t-shirt sized and completed appropriately in preparation for analysis and design; maintain Epic as appropriate
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business groups functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation; facilitate development of implementation plans.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years Treasury Management experience within Implementation, Submission, and/or Service
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the Online Forms Application
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently and self-directed, while also working cross-collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise and clear fashion, deliver effective presentations with clear storytelling
- Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Experience developing and managing relationships
Job Expectations:
- Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently on a hybrid schedule
- Preferred locations are listed in the posting and no other locations are being considered at this time

Pay Range: $96,600-171,800
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
