This role in summary
The Senior Manager for CRM, Data & Martech will be key in building a best-in-class ecosystem that integrates consumer engagement, data-driven insights and technological solutions. This role encompasses strategic oversight of CRM programs, martech enablement and advanced analytics disciplines like CRO, Web Analytics and RPA.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital Product and Technology teams to ensure the delivery of actionable insights, optimized digital consumer experiences and scalable solutions that support business growth.
Your responsibilities will include
Develop and implement CRM strategies to foster loyalty, increase consumer recurrence and drive revenue growth.
Lead automated and personalized consumer journey initiatives across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other channels.
Collaborate with the Growth team to scale audience acquisition and maximize CRM performance, focusing on segmentation, activation and retention.
Oversee the management of e-commerce product catalogs and content optimization, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
Drive the evolution of Martech tools and systems, including consumer data platforms and audience segmentation capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize Martech enhancements and integration opportunities.
Champion best practices in Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), enabling data-driven decision-making.
Foster a culture of experimentation by accelerating A/B testing and practical use case implementations.
Develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, providing actionable insights into performance metrics and consumer behaviors.
Enhance attribution models, segmentation strategies (e.g. RFV), and analytics capabilities to measure and optimize marketing and sales efforts.
Build and nurture a high-performance team across CRM, Martech, and Data Analytics disciplines.
Manage relationships with third-party agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution and access to specialized digital talent.
Act as a mentor and leader, fostering talent development and creating a pipeline for future digital marketing experts.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
Proven expertise in CRM, Data Analytics, and Martech within e-commerce or digital-first organizations.
Strong leadership and project management experience, especially in cross-functional and multi-country environments.
Advanced understanding of tools like GA4, data visualization platforms, and Martech ecosystems (e.g., Lytics, CDPs).
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in English (advanced or fluent); Spanish is a plus.
