Our company has grown considerably recently and obtained significant investment from leading investors to facilitate our expansion. 

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to own and optimize our revenue-generating processes and systems. This pivotal role will work closely with the VP of Finance & Ops and CRO to define and execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, aligning sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to drive growth & efficiency. You will provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution support. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of revenue operations at You.com and directly impact our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Process Development:

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and implement the quote-to-cash process, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows from pricing and quoting to billing and revenue recognition.

    • Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success teams for a frictionless customer journey.

    • Lead efforts to build and optimize the revenue operations tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and billing platforms.

    • Drive long-term revenue growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.

  • Sales Compensation Management:

    • Oversee the implementation and administration of sales compensation plans that align with company goals and incentivize high performance.

    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales commission calculations and payouts.

  • Data Analysis & Revenue Insights:

    • Own revenue data and analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and decision-making.

    • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs across the entire revenue funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.

    • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the sales and marketing funnel to improve conversion rates and revenue outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Act as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.

    • Collaborate with finance, legal, and product teams to ensure seamless execution across the revenue lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.

  • Proven track record of working with executive leadership to define and execute GTM strategies.

  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success lifecycle processes.

  • Experience building and managing quote-to-cash processes and scaling operational tech stacks.

  • Expertise in designing and managing sales compensation plans.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and revenue-related platforms.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in the SaaS or tech industry is highly desirable.
